A pregnant women visiting the Busch Gardens Williamsburg Park two years ago is suing after being mowed down by a crowd of people running from a scaractor with a chain saw. The women identified as Brittany Lipscomb is suing for 25,000 two years after the incident. Brittany is suing for serious injuries to herself and emotion distress to her unborn child who in the lawsuit never says if was injured. Brittany says that by hiring actors to chase people with chain saws the park created a reckless environment.The women original filed two case in state courts in Virginia that now have been moved to the federal court system in Richmond VA. court filing Filling 2
